These Terms govern your use of the URBNED website and services. By accessing the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the laws of your country.

2. Service description

URBNED helps users send money internationally and convert between fiat and digital assets. Quotes, fees and exchange rates shown on the site are indicative until a transfer is confirmed.

3. KYC, AML & sanctions

We are required to verify your identity and screen transactions under EU AMLD, UK MLR 2017, US BSA / FinCEN rules, and Canada's PCMLTFA. We may refuse, suspend or reverse a transaction if we suspect fraud, sanctions exposure, or non-compliance.

4. Acceptable use

  • No illegal, fraudulent or sanctioned activity.
  • No scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the platform.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient details.

5. Fees and rates

Applicable fees are shown before you confirm a transfer. Exchange rates are derived from public market data and may move between quote and execution.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. Crypto assets are volatile and you could lose money.

7. Limitation of liability

Subject to applicable consumer law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. gross negligence, fraud, statutory consumer rights in the EU, UK, US states or Canada).

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent mandatory consumer protection law applies; otherwise by the laws of the URBNED contracting entity disclosed at sign-up. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform.
